Environics® Gas Blending and Gas Dilution systems offer the unique capability to blend and dilute gases in a single chassis system. The gas mixes can be used in generating precise gas calibration standards, creating gaseous atmospheres or producing gas mixes for analytical research or production purposes. With an accuracy of +/- 1% and repeatability of +/- .05% of setpoint, the Series 2040 and Series 4020 can provide gas concentrations from percent to parts per billion standards.
The Environics® Series 2040 consists of a single chassis supporting up to six (6) mass flow controllers, a serpentine pre-mix zone and a zero dead-space final mixing zone. Operated via a onboard and user-friendly, computer controlled system, the Series 2400's broad range of dilution ratios (1:1 - 10,000:1, depending on configuration) allows the user to significantly reduce the number of gas cylinders needed to perform compliance tests.
The Environics® Series 4020 can mix up to three (3) component gases simultaneously to generate precise gas calibration standards and gaseous atmospheres in a broad dynamic range. The dilution capabilities of the Series 4020 allows dilution ratios from 1:1 to 1,000:1 (depending on the configuration of the system). It provides a low cost, computerized gas mixing/dilution system which utilizes an advanced Windows-user interface.
