Permeation Oven/s
Permeation is selected by customers for a variety of reasons. Some utilize this method to generate low-concentration gas mixtures, while others rely on it because their target gases are unavailable in compressed gas cylinders. Additionally, the ease of sourcing and shipping permeation tubes offers a practical advantage for many users.
Units can be configured to support the use of either disposable and/or refillable permeation tubes. Disposable tubes are pre-filled and convenient for short- to medium-term use, while refillable tubes offer a cost-effective, longer-term solution, especially for high-usage applications. When required, systems can be configured with multiple permeation ovens as required.
Both permeation ovens may be equipped with a dedicated carrier gas flow controller, or it can share a flow controller configured to alternate between the permeation source and a high-pressure gas cylinder—broadening the system’s blending capabilities.
Standalone Permeation Systems are also available when only direct, undiluted/mixed permeation is needed.
Ultra-high purity permeation ovens are available both as options and as standalone systems.
