Environics® Ambient Monitor Calibrator with Ozone Generators and optional Photometers facilitate dynamic calibration of ambient air analyzers. All ozone generators are factory calibrated using a NIST and EPA traceable SRP. Units meet or exceed U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements.

The S6100 and S6103 automatically perform zero, precision, span and multi-point calibrations using NO, NO2, SO2, CO, O3, hydrocarbons and other gases of interest.

The S6103, 6123 and 6113 all include an internal photometer which measures the actual amount of ozone generated, and corrects for errors, using closed-loop PID control. In the S6103 and S6113, the photometer can also measure external ozone sources.

Both in service and new Series 6100 and 9100 can be optimized for low levels of ozone, down to 5 ppb for the S9100 and 2 ppb for the S6100 repeatably to meet 40 CFR Part 58, Appendix A requirements at NCORE and trace sites!  To learn more contact us!

Products

The Environics® Series 6100 automatically performs zero, precision, span and multi-point calibrations using NO, NO2, SO2, CO, O3, hydrocarbons and other gases of interest.

The system consists of a single chassis supporting up to three (3) thermal mass flow controllers, an ozone generation module, a mixing zone, a reaction chamber for gas phase titration and control electronics. The instrument may also be remotely operated using contact closures or the RS-232 serial data interface (R-232-Ethernet adapter optional), both of which are standard in the Series 6100.

New options include 24V operation and a dedicated ammonia circuit. Contact us for more information!

Series 6100

The Environics® Series 6110 Computerized Ozone Generation - Calibration System produces accurate,  stable ozone for calibration of ambient air analyzers or for creating specific ozone environments for research.

The Series 6110 can be designed with or without separate zero air (reference) control. With this feature, the S6110 is ideally configured for use with NIST Standard Reference Photometer (SRP).

Series 6110

The Environics® Series 6103 automatically performs zero, precision, span and multi-point calibrations using NO, NO2, SO2, CO, O3, hydrocarbons and other gases of interest.

The system consists of a single chassis supporting up to three (3) thermal mass flow controllers, an ozone generation module, photometer, glass output manifold, mixing chamber, a reaction chamber for gas phase titration and control electronics. Like the Series 6100, the Series 6103 may also be remotely operated using contact closures or the RS-232 serial data interface (RS-232-Ethernet adapter optional).

Series 6103

The Environics® Series 6123 is the ideal system for those looking for a standard for ozone monitoring and reporting programs who do not need to measure external ozone sources. Units consists of a single chassis supporting a thermal mass flow controllers, an ozone generation module, photometer, static mixer and control electronics. Like the Series 6103, the Series 6123 may also be remotely operated using contact closures or the RS-232 serial data interface (RS-232-Ethernet Adapter optional).

Series 6123

The Environics® Series 6113 is the ideal system for those looking for a standard for ozone monitoring and reporting programs who need the ability to measure external ozone sources. Units consists of a single chassis supporting a thermal mass flow controllers, an ozone generation module, photometer, static mixer and control electronics. Like the Series 6103, the Series 6113 may also be remotely operated using contact closures or the RS-232 serial data interface (RS-232-Ethernet Adapter optional).

Series 6123

The Environics® Series 9100 Computerized Ambient Monitoring Calibration System consists of a single chassis supporting up to three (3) thermal mass flow controllers, an ozone generation module, a mixing zone, a reaction chamber for gas phase titration and control electronics. The Series 9100 is operated through a large, worksheet format screen or may be remotely operated using optional contact closures or the RS-232 serial data interface.
