Heated Gas Path

Heated Flow Path

A Heated Flow Path is recommended to minimize the risk of gas adhesion to internal surfaces. In addition to preventing adsorption, heating the gas path enhances response time, reduces the potential for contamination, and extends the overall lifespan of the system. This feature is often used in conjunction with  silicon coating or the purge circuit for optimal performance.
